Gas Block &  Trunnion set to fit the CZ Bren 2 MS barrels !

We are offering these parts two ways. You can have them shipped to you to be installed by a QUALIFIED GUNSMITH in your area, or you can ship your factory take-off barrel to us and we can install them for an additional fee.

The parts themselves are not enough to make this a complete drop-on package unfortunately. What this sale is for is a stripped clamp-on gas block and a barrel trunnion. You will need to reuse the following gas system parts : the piston itself, piston head, piston spring, gas regulator, gas regulator plunger and roll pin. The gas block will come with screws and the trunnion will come with oversize cross pins for installation.

Again, and we cannot stress this enough – If you choose to just have us mail you the parts alone then they MUST BE INSTALLED BY A QUALIFIED MACHINIST OR GUNSMITH. We will not be giving advice nor will we be liable for any home installations gone wrong.

Now for the technical DETAILS ! The trunnions  for all calibers and all barrel lengths are the same. However, the gas blocks (built WAY beefier than the thin factory CZ part!) come in two different sizes, one is for 16mm barrel journals and one is for 18mm barrel journals. It is up to YOU to measure the gas block journal on your barrel to determine which you have and which you would like to order.

We can help a bit from what we have learned about the guns that have come through the shop here but this is NOT A DEFINITIVE LIST on which one you need :

-Canadian delivered 8″ & 11″ rifles in .223 / 5.56 = 16mm barrel journal
-Canadian delivered 11″ 7.62×39 rifles = 16mm barrel journal
-CZ-USA delivered 16″ (HB) rifles in .223 / 5.56 = 18mm barrel journal
-CZ-USA delivered 14″ rifles in 7.62×39 = 18mm barrel journal

Any other make or barrel you will need to measure and figure out on your own before committing to purchase parts. We will only guarantee that these parts fit and function on CZ made and Dlask Arms Corp. made barrels. Please do not call asking for help on this, we do not give advice over the phone and ask not to be bothered, please and thank you.
